• Charaterization and analysis of the soil at Allan Lake
• Develop an AutoCad file of Allan Lake
• Develop a Cut and Fill Analysis of Allan Lake
• Provide a cost estimate based on the Alternatives developed

Exclusions

The Forest Service will be responsible for the following

• Permits for envrionmental protection
  • National Envrionmental Policy Act (NEPA)
• Permits for low impact on ecology and wildlife
  • Arizona Department of Environmetal Quality (ADEQ)
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
• Construction and construction management
• Creation of a hydraulic model and analysis

Scheduling

The below table illustrates the teams projected start and finish dates for each of the identifid tasks required to complete the capstone project. The boxes highlighted in yellow indicate where the team fell behind schedule.

The below image is what the teams final GANTT chart looked like, it was adjusted a couple of times over the course of the project due to setbacks.

Cost of Services

In order to get practice estimating costs of engineering services, the capstone team logged their hours worked over the course of the project as well as for the type of work that they had completed. The hours and the type of work that was completed can be seen below. Using this a cost estimate for the services of the capstone team were estimated.

The blue indicates where the capstone team went over the projected hours, and the red indicates where the team when under the projected hours.
